Kevin is an AMAZING realtor!! He helped me and my fiance find our first home. When we saw our dream home, we were worried because there were so many offers on the table. He was so personable to the sellers that they picked us out of the bunch and the most amazing thing was that he was able to negotiate and stay within our budget! He is honest, hard-working, flexible, reliable, and the list goes on and on. He was very helpful in finding our dream home. He wasn't pushy or overbearing like some realtors. He truly has your best interest in mind. He takes the time to get to know you and what you want in a home. I don't know much about real estate, so he definitely informed me about the entire process and made everything less stressful/smooth. He was always meticulous with paperwork and always responded quickly to any questions or concerns. He goes above and beyond for his customers. He even took the time to drive out of his way to take our photo in front of the house with the sold sign.
