ladies and gentlemen, look no further. if you are searching for a reliable, honest, hard-working and communicative real estate agent, kevin kim is the one. my sister has real estate license, but i honestly would rather work with kevin than my own blood!!!
when my tenant of 8 years called to say she was moving out of the state, i panicked. my best friend referred kevin with the highest praise as she had worked with him to rent her property, so i called him during the thanksgiving week. kevin immediately went to see my property and gave me recommendations on some cosmetic upgrades needed and rental amount i should list for.
after 2 weeks of minor fix-ups and renovation, kevin listed the house, and 2 days later, i had a several candidates. he carefully then screened each and recommended one family who fit the bill. within a week, lease was signed and security deposit was received. kevin suggested that i meet the future tenants, and i am glad that i did as i established some personal relationship with them.
i cannot recommend kevin enough. not only was he my trusted realtor, he acted as a therapist to calm me down as i was incredibly stressed and nervous to find a suitable tenant. he also saved me some money by recommending just enough upgrades needed for the market and the neighborhood. he was always available to answer my questions and provide guidance, and he wasn't just working to get commissions and business, but to develop relationship with his clients.
